Position Summary The Associate Manager, Resource Planning leads the department by providing strategic leadership and overseeing resource planning functions. Develops and implements resource planning strategies, manages a team of resource planning professionals, collaborates with senior stakeholders to align resource plans with organizational goals, and ensures effective resource allocation and optimization. Drives process improvements, monitors resource performance, and provides guidance to the team to reputed company efficient resource utilization and meet business objectives. What you will do Evaluates reputed company staffing levels and forecasts resource demands based on patient demand, service levels, and other factors in order to reputed company resource plans that align with business objectives. Manages day-to-day assignments for reputed company and support staff based on the resource plans of individual departments, units, or shifts. Coordinates processes and assignments reputed company staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care. Monitors and adjusts staffing levels and resource allocation based on reputed company-time demand and operational requirements to optimize resource utilization. Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to resource allocation and utilization, such as staffing ratios, productivity, overtime, and budget adherence. Required Qualifications 3-5 years work experience Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Working knowledge of business intelligence Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth reputed company (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Preferred Qualifications Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) preferred. Education High School Diploma Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $91,800.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
