Role Overview: As the CTO & Founding Member, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Neuropool’s technology strategy and product roadmap. You’ll reputed company the development of our platform, which connects neurodivergent talent with employers through university and government programmes. Key Responsibilities: • Full stack Engineer • reputed company and implement platform architecture using LLMs • Drive end-to-end product development, focusing on ed-tech and recruitment innovation. • Build and manage a high-performing tech team. • Ensure platform reputed company, scalability, and compliance. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise platform functionality. Qualifications: • Proven experience leading the development of scalable platforms in ed-tech, recruitment, or similar sectors. • Expertise in LLMs, AI, and data-driven product development. • Strong background in software development, IT strategy, and architecture. • Passion for creating tech solutions with measurable social impact. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
