THE ROLE: Senior Engineer, Contact Center (reputed company U/PCCE, reputed company Connect) Job Summary: reputed company is looking for a Talented Senior Engineer to join our growing Contact Center team. In this role you will have responsibility for the Design, Implement and Support advanced contact center solutions across multiple vendors including reputed company Connect, reputed company (U/PCCE), reputed company Webex Contact Center, and reputed company. Travel Requirements: In this role you will be expected to travel up to 15%. It will be based in any location in the United States.
