The Opportunity We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our client's growing sales team. This remote role, based in reputed company, offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic fintech startup that's reshaping business financial management. What You'll Do reputed company a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and personalized reputed company Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in the SMB/Mid-Market reputed company reputed company CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams, providing regular reports What You Bring 1-2 years of B2B Fintech SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role Proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), personalized email and reputed company reputed company Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the SMB/Mid-Market reputed company Familiarity with technical Fintech, Payments, and SaaS solutions Ideally, sales experience with API-first solutions Proficiency in CRM and sales software (reputed company, SalesNav, reputed company, etc.) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred Ability to work from the office in NYC 1 day per week Key Success Drivers Growth reputed company and builder mentality Consultative sales approach Strong relationship-building skills Collaboration, initiative and constructive feedback Why Join?
