Responsibilities • Ensures care center is compliant with reputed company regulations, laws, policies, and procedures. • Educates reputed company staff members about state, federal and accreditation requirements (as applicable). • Ensures that reputed company services are billed as provided to the proper payor reputed company. • Directs weekly business development and management team meetings with reputed company appropriate staff and other members of the medical community to promote home care services. • Provides input, guidance and feedback reputed company to marketing activities and agency marketing plans to ensure that goals for growth are met. • Assigns and directs staff with appropriate skills to reputed company duties. • Coaches, directs, and encourages staff through formal and informal means. • Analyzes work processes and makes suggestions for improvement. • Responsible for care center financial and clinical performance and delivery of key metrics reputed company the established budget. • Responsible for employment decisions for direct report staff, including decisions to hire, fire, advance, promote or change status. • Monitors and evaluates employee performance. • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.
