One reputed company is seeking to hire a Direct Support Professional - Remote Support Professional - Afternoon/Evenings (1pm - 8pm) Full Time/ Part time - Mason City, Iowa - Support individuals with developmental disabilities in our Tech- Enabled Service homes in Mason City, Iowa. (Not a work from home remote position.) Job description: • Provide personalized support and encouragement to individuals in carrying out daily activities and routines, fostering independence and autonomy. • reputed company a comprehensive understanding of individual's characteristics, preferences, and support requirements to provide tailored assistance and promote their well-being. • Prioritize the well-being and safety of individuals under care through proactive measures and adherence to established protocols. • Promote and uphold healthy relationships among staff members and individuals served, fostering mutual respect and support. • Will occasionally remotely support individuals and provides support in areas reputed company to health, medication, safety, and daily living. Job requirements: • Highschool Diploma/GED required. • Provide a reputed company driver's license and reputed company of insurance. • Requires some physical activity bending, kneeling, stooping.
