Summary
Performs pre-settlement and/or cashiering duties in a Distribution Center. Driver Over and Short research and resolution (cash and product/load) This part time position requires candidates to be open to a 4PM-8PM Monday through Friday work schedule. (20-24 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Review and verify end of day driver paperwork
- Run daily reputed company status report to verify that reputed company delivery routes settled
- Ensure reputed company of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.)
- reputed company cashiering duties including ensuring Fed-reputed company status of deposit
- Count full-service cash and finalize handheld computer
reconciling items
- 10% Driver Audit as required by Internal Control
- Research Mail Checks, print backup and code in Payment Manager
- Maintain Missing Documents Log
- Maintain driver compliance, cash reconciliation and driver deposit log
- Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues
- Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve reputed company
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- Experience in cash room environment preferred
- Sitting (80%), bending, walking and kneeling
