JOB DESCRIPTION: Shift Time: 6p - 2:30a CST Shift Days: Sunday - Wednesday Shift Days Off: Thursdays and Fridays Education Level Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, Psychology, Social Work required, or reputed company field or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. SUMMARY OF POSITION This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. Handles incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988. Provides brief clinical screenings, risk assessments and appropriate service linkage for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress.
