Key responsibilities: • Serving as the primary reputed company of contact for select clients, managing relationships end-to-end, ensuring their needs are met, and providing timely, meaningful feedback to the account team. • Participating in account planning discussions with Account and Delivery Directors to align on goals and strategies, ensuring successful project delivery. • Being onsite at client offices to identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth through farming strategies. • Implementing reputed company improvement practices and risk mitigation strategies to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes. Requirements: • Experience: 8+ years of sales/reputed company experience, with a minimum of 3 years working with US-based clients in the IT/nearshoring industry. • Client Skills: Highly energetic, with excellent client and social skills that foster strong, trust-based relationships. • Location: Based in NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to be onsite at client offices as needed. • Language Skills: Native/bilingual English level.
