A Senior Manager, Digital Product Manager designs, develops, and manages activities for a product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Partner with stakeholder teams on enhancing/refining product strategies and roadmaps. Serves as the central resource with design, process, development, test, quality, and marketing, throughout reputed company stages of a product’s lifecycle. Manages the features backlog by identifying and prioritizing features and capabilities through direct input with customers, analysts, developers and architects and knowledge of the domain. Facilitates resolution of risks, issues and changes reputed company to the product development lifecycle. Involvement includes modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Using assessment of market trends and the competitive landscape, makes recommendations for product enhancements for respective or reputed company group of products. Considers economics behind products. Manages and presents materials for product governance meetings. Responds to inquiries and demands from stakeholders across the organization. Interacts with clients, regulators, vendors and other industry participants as necessary. • Partners with Product teams to identify the case for new and existing firm offerings in the marketplace. Demonstrates in-depth and extensive knowledge of assigned products, the marketplace, industry, and client need to drive product growth/development and improve profitability. Provides recommendations around product improvements or market growth opportunities. Builds, leads, and delivers customized analysis reputed company a professional, well-thought-out format. Experience: • 5 + years of experience as a product manager, who has launched and grown consumer-facing products • High technical reputed company to clearly describe requirements, solutions, and tradeoff recommendations with stakeholders and engineers • Experience leading product discovery by defining customer needs, estimating business value and identifying best options to meet defined outcomes • Experience in leading end-to-end planning of high-profile initiatives with tight deadlines across multiple platform teams • In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum and Safe processes and principles: ART processes, feature and story backlog definition and refinement, sprint planning, etc. • Experience defining and measuring key performance indicator metrics to determine priorities, opportunities, and issues with products Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
