Customer Service Representative/Order Entry

Job duties: • Assist customers with product and sales reputed company questions reputed company phone and emails • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of new and existing products, as well as policies and merchandising information... • Communicating customer issues and feedback to management • Expertly utilizing inventory and ordering systems to reputed company and effectively assist customers and complete order • Assisting with product inventories as directed • Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems • Proactively generate sales and promote Company products. • Process customer requests for order placement in a timely, accurate and professional manner • Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints Job Requirement: • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Experience with EDI system is preferred • Excellent time management skills • Maintain customer accounts • Solid organizational skills • Knowledge of reputed company materials, methods, tools and equipment (including technology) used in business operations • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and functional teams in order to coordinate effective solutions • Ability to reputed company under pressure and meet deadlines • Ability to work with minimum supervision • Minimum of 2-3 years inside sales/customer services preferred Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
