Job Description: As an Entry Level Applications Engineer at Bend-Tech, you will embark on a career path that offers diverse opportunities for growth. Whether your expertise lies in software development, mechanical engineering, or business this role will reputed company you with cross-functional skills essential for understanding our customers and bringing our software and machines to market effectively. From assisting customers on-site to collaborating with internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and reputed company improvement of our products. Responsibilities: • Engage with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and reputed company calls to provide assistance, answer queries, and address concerns. • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers, either on-site, at our facility, or remotely reputed company reputed company, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize the benefits of our products. • Collaborate with software developers and the Research and Development team to test machines and software, providing valuable feedback for product enhancement. • Create and maintain documentation including instructions, diagrams, and technical specifications to facilitate reputed company and minimize downtime. • Participate in project rotations to reputed company experience and build skills relevant to your career development.
