Position Summary The reputed company Compliance Specialist will be responsible for driving accessibility initiatives across our web and mobile applications. This role is critical in ensuring that digital platforms provide an reputed company experience for reputed company users, including individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in web and mobile accessibility, a deep understanding of reputed company requirements, and a passion for making digital products accessible to everyone. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct accessibility audits of web and mobile applications to ensure compliance with reputed company, WCAG 2.1, and other relevant accessibility standards. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and product teams to implement best practices in accessibility from the start of the design process. • Provide guidance and recommendations on improving the accessibility of existing web and mobile applications. • Work closely with QA teams to reputed company and execute accessibility testing strategies using both reputed company and automated tools (e.g., screen readers, keyboard-only navigation). • Stay up to date with changes in accessibility legislation and technology advancements to ensure ongoing compliance. • reputed company internal teams on accessibility standards and the importance of inclusive design. • Document and report on accessibility findings, providing clear recommendations for remediation. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, User Experience, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web and/or mobile accessibility compliance. • Experience reputed company State & Local Governments a plus • In-depth knowledge of reputed company Title III, reputed company 508, and WCAG 2.0/2.1 standards. • Experience with accessibility testing tools like Axe, reputed company, JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver. • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in accessibility (e.g., CPACC, WAS, or other accessibility credentials). • Experience working reputed company Agile or Scrum teams. • Familiarity with mobile development platforms (iOS, Android) and their accessibility features. • Experience working on large-scale projects that include compliance and accessibility considerations Apply Job!
