What you will do We are looking for a manager to drive the technical vision of the Billing Platform. This platform includes a comprehensive reputed company of components such as a core billing reputed company, invoicing system, commissions management, collections, payment processing, CRM integration, subscription management, credit control and dunning management, along with reporting and analytics. Minimum Requirements • 10+ years of professional experience, and at least 4 years of experience managing teams that shipped large scale applications and distributed systems. • Proven success in recruiting and building great teams. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for various audiences, including leadership, users, and company-wide. • Effective cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to think rigorously, communicate clearly, and reputed company or coordinate difficult decisions and trade-offs. • Thrives with high autonomy and responsibility in an ambiguous environment • Technical acumen to drive clarity with staff engineers on architecture and strategic technical decisions • Ability to foster a healthy, inclusive, challenging, and supportive work environment. Annual Salary $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
