The Product Analyst will gather and analyze business and user requirements, ensuring that the final product is delivered in a timely fashion and meets the intended needs and exceeds user expectations. To ensure accurate delivery, the product analyst will act as an agile scrum master. SQL or Database knowledge is a plus. • Understanding of UX principles and the ability to work closely with designers to enhance the user experience of the product. • Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field. 3-5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar role. 3-5 years of experience in SCRUM or similar agile frameworks. Experience working with offshore and onshore development teams. Proven track record of successfully delivering products that meet business and user needs. Familiarity with requirements management tools and software development processes. Experience in the legal support services industry is preferred but not mandatory Apply Job!
