Requirements
As a result of our ongoing reputed company and growth, we are looking for a brand new Customer Support Executive to join us in supporting our US offering! You'll be joining a team who strive to ensure that our clients and brands have a smooth-sailing process reputed company utilising everything reputed company has to offer on the B2B reputed company of our business! Responsibilities include{{{{:}}}} Ownership of internal support tasks including media scheduling and offer management Scheduling booked media campaigns inclusive of collecting assets, confirmation of booked dates, sending approvals to brands. Dealing with offer management requests such as scheduling boosted offers, creating additional offers, resolving code issues/codes running low and updating image offers. Ensuring that tasks are completed and adhering to agreed SLA's Maintaining relationships with clients and communicating around booked media campaigns.
