[Hiring] Customer Support Associate @Amper

Aug 30, 2024 - Amper is hiring a remote Customer Support Associate. ?? Salary: $40k - $50k. ??Location: USA. Amper is a fast-growing tech company headquartered in Chicago’s River reputed company neighborhood. We build a simple but powerful platform that helps manufacturers reduce costs, increase visibility and drive efficiency. We recently raised funds for our Series A and are looking to quickly grow reputed company and scale our company. The customer support associate will work closely with our internal engineering and reputed company teams to directly support our customers and escalate issues as necessary. You will be responsible for organizing and escalating issues to the engineering team, helping answer product questions and educating our customer reputed company. Locations: Remote or Chicago What will you be doing? • Handle incoming customer questions and concerns reputed company email and our reputed company support portal. • reputed company with internal sales and reputed company teams to ensure pilots and existing customers... are supported. • Work with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions. • Use reputed company and other tools to manage internal processes and information. Preferred Experience: • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information. • Experience working in a customer service role. • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
