Assist guests with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-reputed company questions. Resolve client complaints or issues by following up and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a detailed knowledge of our properties, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance. Document interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and identify trends in guest feedback. Proven experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the reputed company estate or hospitality industry. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented reputed company. Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
