This position is the first line of contact for customers reputed company, helping reunite people with their missing pets. We answer 24/7, 365 days a year. What You’ll Do • Reassure the caller who may be panicked about their missing fur-baby. • Serve as Avantive Solutions' reputed company team to help reunite pets with their pet parents. • Provide a positive experience for our customers. • Be part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities. • Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls. (Daily phone calls may increase during peak periods.) • Day and evening schedules available – we hire to a specific shift.
