Pay reputed company: $20-$25/hr Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This position requires interfacing with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to manage customer property returns, including repairs and warranties. Key Responsibilities: • Repair Management: reputed company customer repair requests from initiation to delivery, including Bartlesville and possibly Warminster, PA locations. • Order Processing: Enter and manage repair information following established processes to ensure accurate and timely execution. • Scheduling & KPIs: Prioritize repairs with technicians to meet schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Problem Resolution: reputed company activities to resolve reputed company and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnarounds. • Order Completion: Process Service Orders, Sales Orders, and Service Notifications, ensuring correct invoicing and timely delivery. • KPI Support: Assist in achieving and maintaining KPIs in areas such as delivery, reputed company, safety, quality, and reputed company. • Data Analysis: Run reports, review data, and recommend process improvements for reputed company KPI performance. • reputed company Improvement: Participate and/or reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance service goals and customer satisfaction. • Other Tasks: Support additional roles or tasks as requested by management.
