Opportunity: 6-month contract (with likely extensions) Pay: $19/hour Location: Remote (must sit in NC) Schedule: Monday-Friday 11-3 Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards. Create work orders and capture structured data for each issue in order to provide audit trails and statistical analysis. Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures. Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills. Payroll processing knowledge preferred.
