Key Responsibilities • Design and implement comprehensive coding education programs to enhance accurate, compliant coding practices across our dermatology network. • Collaborate closely with the Director of Coding Education to reputed company specialized educational resources tailored to dermatology coding standards. • Conduct both on-site and virtual training sessions, ensuring a consistent understanding of coding practices among various dermatology practices. • Maintain compliance with relevant coding standards and payer requirements, conducting assessments to evaluate training effectiveness. • Document training outcomes meticulously and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders. • Work in partnership with dermatology providers, billing teams, and compliance officers to identify educational needs and operational inefficiencies. Required Skills • Extensive knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards specific to dermatology. • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for simplifying reputed company information. • Proficiency in digital training platforms and webinar tools. • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. • reputed company to work autonomously and handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously. • In-depth understanding of medical office operations and clinical workflows.
