Job Summary:

Description:
As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services.
Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product and service information
– Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
– Follow up to ensure resolution
– Maintain customer records by updating account information
– Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Educational Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Experience:
