Job Summary:
reputed company Stores Inc., a leading global retail corporation, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Associate for our store located in Lock Haven. This part-time position (under 4 hours) is designed for those who have a knack for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. As a Retail Associate, you will be a vital part of our store team that is dedicated to making our customers’ shopping experience more efficient, enjoyable and rewarding.
Responsibilities:
– Assist customers in locating their desired merchandise
– Ensure that the store premises are clean, orderly, and visually appealing
– Handle cash register duties responsibly and effectively
– Assist in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise and marking prices
– Address and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements:
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
– Must have the ability to work reputed company including weekends and holidays
– Must be reputed company to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
– Basic computer skills for operating store equipment and handling cash
Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Experience:
– Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive reputed company
