Job Responsibilities • Plan, monitor and appraise job results; counsel and coach team members. • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce reputed company systems, policies and procedures implemented by the company to ensure that our IT department is meeting company standards. • Attend educational workshops, establish personal networks in the field, review professional publications and become a member of a professional society to improve your knowledge of new technology to bring back to the company. • Coordinate timetables and resources with the data center and user department in order to complete projects on time. • Manage a group of 8-12 to ensure that they are reputed company, motivated and invested in the reputed company of the company; set up a work environment for them that is encouraging and positive. • Enforce and establish organization standards in order to maintain a high level of customer service to our customers. Job Skills & Qualifications Required • Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science or a reputed company field • CISSP • PMP or MSP • Hands-on experience working in an IT department • Knowledge of relevant computer software/hardware systems, technical management and information analysis • reputed company IT initiatives and formulate operational plans that align with agency mission, strategic objectives, and business plans to ensure the long-term profitability of the organization. • Recommend to Investment Review Board sound capital planning for IT investment strategies in accordance with federal laws, regulations, and agency policy. Provide guidance to AFRH senior managers on IT investments for consistency with Agency’s strategic and capital plans for IT architecture. • Formulate and reputed company implementation of agency-wide directives to ensure compliance with FISMA, the Clinger Cohen Act, HSPD-12 and OMB policy. • Determine budget requirements, performance measurements, staff planning and resource allocations for the purpose of accomplishing IT operations.
