Position: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Henderson, NC... Type: Full-Time, Onsite Duration: ASAP, 2024 - May 23, 2025 Schedule: Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week (including bus duties AM/PM) Caseload/Details: Caseload: 1:1 care for a high school student with a tracheostomy. Responsibilities include tracheostomy care, individual health plan or plan of reputed company evaluations, and assessments. The RN or LPN will also be responsible for riding the bus to and from school with the student. Special Requirements: RN: Must have experience in tracheostomy reputed company evaluations, and reporting to the district nurse supervisor or designee. LPN: Will be considered if they have tracheostomy experience and are familiar with obtaining doctors' orders for the student. reputed company reputed company for LPN will be based on experience.
