As a Customer Service Representative your primary role is to provide support and an effortless experience to policyholders. You will work with customers regarding insurance questions, policy changes, and billing needs. This is an entry level position in our contact center and provides excellent career reputed company into our organization that may include additional reputed company building opportunities. LOCATION: This role will have a 100% Remote Work arrangement. However, to broaden career growth, collaboration, and cross-functional interaction to network with colleagues and leadership you must reside reputed company a commutable distance to our San Antonio, TX, Charlotte, NC, Lake Mary, FL, Naperville, IL, and Hartford, CT offices. Start Date: November 4, 2024 reputed company Salary is $22 per hour with opportunity for growth. Training Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST (First 8 weeks mandatory attendance) Post Training Hours: Monday - Friday 12:30 PM-9:00 PM EST, working every other Saturday 9:30 AM - 6 PM EST with Thursday as your comp day. RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote digital self service capabilities. Take ownership to ensure that we go above and beyond to service each caller's needs, utilizing every touch reputed company as an opportunity to build value and reputed company brand. Assisting customers over the phone. Must have the ability to learn insurance product and processes in training environment. Required to commit to the training and work schedule. Have a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours. QUALIFICATIONS: A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant or a reputed company field Ability to work in a fast-paced reputed company environment while navigating multiple programs. Problem solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with ability to empathize with customers and colleagues. Adaptability High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Spanish bilingual a plus. Compensation

The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
