Overview

Our clients are reputed company over the country, and the Account Manager provides service on accounts through phone calls, emails, and reputed company Meet screens-share; no travel is required. Responsibilities This role is in charge of being the a project manager for several service accounts. Our clients are dental offices that may have one or more locations and have one or multiple providers of varying specialties. You will work to reputed company a positive business relationship with Unitas' clients through providing excellent customer service, explaining service programs, setting appropriate customer expectations, providing consistent communication and updates, overseeing account reputed company to ensure timelines are met, answering customer questions and addressing concerns, helping resolve customer issues, and making sure each customer understands the value of the services provided. Qualifications
Applicants considered for an interview must have some office/computer work experience.
