Customer Care Rep (Remote In TX, AZ, And CO Only)
Description ? Support a footwear distributor; Provide premium service and build relationships with customers reputed company phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence ? Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions... ? Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions Skills & Qualifications ? Minimum 1 year of customer service experience reputed company food service, retail, or call center setting ? Must be reputed company to pass a typing test with 40 WPM. ? Must have reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire. ? Must be reputed company to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team reputed company professional references.
