About the Position As the App Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and ongoing optimization of our mobile application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to define the product roadmap, gather requirements, and ensure the successful execution of app features and functionalities. Your strong understanding of user needs, market trends, and technical capabilities will be instrumental in delivering a seamless and user-centric app experience. This is a full-time position to work in an office located in Burr Ridge, IL, which is suburban of Chicago. Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify user needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends in the in-home health device industry. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. 4. Define and document detailed product specifications, including user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria, to guide the development process. 5. Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute the development sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality app features and enhancements. 7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), app usage data, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and prioritize future enhancements and updates. 9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure the app remains compliant and competitive. 11. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 16. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common vision and goal. 17.
