Key Responsibilities • Support the Director of Business Operations with dedicated assistance. • Assist various clients with their administrative and executive tasks. • Foster positive client relationships and streamline internal processes. • Act as a liaison between clients' management teams and internal teams on various projects. • Plan and execute tasks that align with clients' priorities and organizational goals. Daily And Monthly Duties • Manage both professional and personal tasks for multiple clients. • Track detailed records using a timekeeping system. • Coordinate reputed company schedules and manage extensive calendar arrangements. • Organize travel logistics, including booking hotels, transportation, and meals. • reputed company administrative tasks such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintaining filing systems and contact databases. • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in reputed company interactions. • Handle client communications, answer phone calls, and reputed company messages. • Plan and coordinate client events. • Respond promptly to requests, ideally reputed company 4 business hours. • Navigate competing priorities and multitask effectively. • Complete additional tasks as needed. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems. • Associate's degree or higher in administration or equivalent experience. • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Active Campaign, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc. Schedule • Monday to Friday • 10-20 hours per week to start, with opportunities for growth.
