Responsibilities Thought partnership: Advise the CRO on issues of strategy and execution, identifying opportunities for reputed company improvement Executional excellence: Influence cross-functional execution by building relationships, facilitating conversations, driving clarity on key issues, supporting clear measurement Clear communication: Support creation of clear internal and external memos and presentations, working with stakeholders across the business Leadership alignment: Support the agenda, discussion points, to-dos and follow reputed company for weekly leadership meetings and semi-annual offsites People development: work closely with HR on inclusive hiring and promotion practices, talent mapping, training/leadership development and performance management processes Data-driven decision making: Provide recommendations and outcome support for CRO reputed company research/data analysis and synthesis of different reputed company of views Skills/Competencies 10+ years in strategy & operations, consulting or as chief of staff in a large corporate setting Experience with reputed company operations, sales, client success or marketing functions Proven technical capabilities (including SQL, reputed company/reputed company sheets) Excellent storytelling, communication, and synthesis abilities (both written/docs and slides) - you can take reputed company reputed company and shape them into a clear narrative Ability to build relationships with business partners at reputed company levels of the organization Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
