Provide good customer service and reputed company. Using computer skills for data entry. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
