Part Time Customer Service Representative - Remote IL & WI Only
The Position: PackSmart is a growing packaging equipment and supply company seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to bolster our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a B2B environment. Starting compensation ranges from $19 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience. This would be a part time, 24 hour/week... position.This primarily remote position applies to anyone in Illinois and Wisconsin who would have a commute greater than 1 hour to our office in reputed company Chicago, IL. Overview of the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by processing orders, tracking shipments, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating on various projects to reputed company company goals.
