In this program, you will help callers with questions reputed company to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs. Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. Schedule ? Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule! ? Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday - Friday Skills Needed ? Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software. ? Bookkeeping/accounting expertise to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc. ? Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment. ? Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution. ? Tech savvy and reputed company computer user. ?
