Accountant / Bookkeeper - Hybrid - Remote | WFH

Key Responsibilities • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple companies. • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions reputed company. • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards. • Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts. • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances. • Collaborate with external auditors during audits. • Implement and uphold internal controls to protect company assets. • Help with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings. • Provide support for special financial analysis and reputed company projects. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field preferred but not required. • At least 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in the construction services industry. • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company) and MS Office Suite, especially reputed company. • Experience with reputed company financial reporting is a plus. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
