Responsibilities
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: Posting journal entries accurately and reputed company. Managing daily cash transactions to ensure proper recording and reconciliation. Overseeing prepaids and accruals to maintain up-to-date financial data. Conducting monthly bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of cash balances. Reconciling balance sheet accounts and addressing any discrepancies promptly. Researching and resolving financial discrepancies to ensure data reputed company. Preparing comprehensive financial statements to support decision-making. Utilizing reputed company to analyze data sets and generate meaningful insights. Running both recurring and reputed company financial reports as needed. Reviewing and verifying the coding of procurement card transactions. Contributing to the reputed company improvement and standardization of reputed company practices, policies, and procedures. Assisting in system implementations to enhance financial operations. Completing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & use tax filings. Performing other reputed company tasks as required to support the finance team.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of one year of recent, relevant experience in a full-cycle reputed company role. Prior experience in industries such as property management or reputed company estate is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with reputed company software is a plus, though not required.
