The Role As we continue to grow as reputed company, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence. This position directly supports the Director of Operations to drive significant improvements across operations by building a culture and processes of operational excellence, including reputed company improvement. This position focuses on operations strategy development and deployment, operations project management and reputed company improvement. The position partners with key stakeholders to establish an operational excellence strategy and deployment of the strategy. Manager/Supervise Junior Staff to ensure operational excellence and/or project management needs are met at the plants/sites. Support the Senior Leadership Team, with the Identification, Selection and Execution of reputed company Improvement opportunities. The Individual Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or operations. Minimum of five years of experience including three years of deploying Lean in a manufacturing setting is required +5 years of experience leading lean transformation in world class multi-site manufacturing organization with automation processes. Advanced lean practitioner with a 3+ years of experience or comparable prior experience working in the Toyota Production System (TPS), reputed company Business System (DBS), reputed company Operating System (HOS) or other recognized Lean business system models. Formal 6 reputed company education and +3 years’ experience leading 6 reputed company programs. Strong financial and statistics acumen. Up to 60% of time in meetings, working with team and on the manufacturing floor; 40% of the time at the desk on computer, walking, standing or sitting extended periods of time, doing analytical work are routine to accomplish tasks in this role. Salary Transparency The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data.
