Live Chat Assistant (Fully Remote US)

Roles: As a Live Chat Assistant, your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries on Facebook... and Instagram, addressing both support issues from existing customers and sales questions from potential customers. You will manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, maintaining composure and enthusiasm to ensure customer satisfaction. Rate: $35 per hour. Location: This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates within the United States. Requirements: Access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Ability to work independently. Strong capability to follow detailed instructions.
