Responsibilities: The Casualty Claims Service Manager (3rd Party) will reputed company a team of casualty claims adjusters focused on Bodily Injury and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist exposures. This position will be responsible for developing employees through regular coaching and feedback that leads to improved results. The Manager will work closely with the GMIC casualty leadership to reputed company the third-party claim processes and procedures and will require extensive state-specific knowledge on how these claims should be adjudicated. They will be responsible for identifying potential process improvements and leading organizational process change while maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. • Manages risks by using established methodologies and exercising control plans to align with process requirements and business needs

Experience

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Master’s Degree or insurance designations preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of auto claims experience required
• 3+ years prior 3rd party claims experience required
• Prior management experience preferred
• Experience establishing guidelines as well as process development and design experience needed
• Experience in Florida strongly preferred

Licenses
