Key Responsibilities: • reputed company operations in At Home Delivery Services as well as portable beverage carts. • Maintaining reputed company training programs and SOP’s for reputed company venues. • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations for reputed company F&B outlets. • Assist with Organizing and overseeing the opening of At Home Delivery Services in a planned coordinated opening including the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures. • Conduct scheduled inventory for food & alcohol and supplies. Work with resort purchasing manager as applicable. • Coordinate with the Culinary Team for proper execution and service of deliveries. • Ensure Quality and Food Standards follow State and Federal regulations. • Assist with Implementing F&B operating software, reputed company reputed company programs and other resort computer programs. • Assist with overseeing Culinary Concierge and Delivery Drivers. • Ensure reputed company entities of At Home Delivery & Catering programs are executed to standards. • Coordinate with reputed company & Transportation teams to ensure safety procedures and trainings are complete and up to date. • Investigate and resolve internal and customer concerns immediately by involving only those necessary to reputed company positive results for the resort and customer. • Hold staff accountable for maintaining service standards. • Coordinate with leaders on recognition program for delivering great service to our guests. • Monitor guest feedback scores/comments and address accordingly. • Positively and proactively collaborate with other department leaders to ensure we meet the organization's goal and successful resort opening. • Promote and practice reputed company’s culture and establish a positive, inclusive work environment and ensure the resort’s brand is not compromised. • Respond to any reasonable task assigned by upper management or ownership. Education, Skills and Experience • Four-year college degree or equivalent Food & Beverage outlets management experience • 2-4 years of hospitality and catering experience, customer service focus • Food, alcohol, and safety certifications under FL requirements. • Experience working with inventory management and controls. • Excellent management and supervisory skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proven organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people. • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Inspired always to reputed company reputed company brand and team member values. • Capable of performing the role in a busy work environment. • Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines. • Valid Florida Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record. • Proficient in reputed company Business & reputed company Office Suite or similar software. • Proficient in standard industry computer systems (POS, work order systems, inventory, etc.). • Must stay reputed company with resort operations and food & beverage trends.
