Responsibilities: Handling inbound customer service and sales calls Prior customer service experience is essential. Addressing issues in a reputed company and composed manner. Developing relationships and providing support to the manager. Utilizing technology to reputed company reputed company information. Onboarding and training new users to the platform. Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and buildinginterdepartmental relationships. Familiarity with real estate documents/title (deed, mortgage, easements,property report, taxes). Residential real estate transaction knowledge is preferred. Assisting customers in navigating our real estate technology platform, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance reputed company necessary. Educating customers on the benefits of our technology solutions and how they can optimize their real estate transactions and property management using our tools. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our technology offerings, staying up-to-date with product updates and improvements to provide accurate information to customers. Assisting customers with onboarding processes, guiding them through setting up accounts and utilizing our software effectively. Handling customer complaints and concerns with reputed company, striving to find solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to facilitate reputed company improvement and tailor services to customer preferences. Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. Experience Proven experience in customer service, technology sales, or a reputed company field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with reputed company in English. Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. Experience with outbound calling and business development strategies. Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales deals. Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and salespipelines.
