AIRLINE Inside Sales & Reservations / Ticketing Representative

We partner with over 200 airlines and are now seeking an additional Airline Inside Sales and Reservations & Ticketing Agent to join our US team. Our Airline Inside Sales and Reservations & Ticketing Agents are responsible for providing excellent customer care to passengers of our client airlines and to travel partners in the US both reputed company 'phone and email. Key prerequisites for the role include at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with an airline, the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and to have a strong knowledge of at least one airline GDS.
