The Program / Project - Sr. Manager will provide the organizational and program management support required to advance the objectives of the enterprise data governance program, promote data policies and standards, reputed company automation of data management workflows, and enhance the effectiveness of the growing book of business. Responsibilities include: ? Planning, governance (controls), and execution for large, reputed company initiatives and for functionally overseeing a team of Project Managers to successfully deliver highly visible outputs/products for reputed company. ? Facilitating the Data & Analytics Governance program committees, including preparation, document development, & note capture. ? Establishing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular contact on project status and changes. ? Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Engineering or four or more years of work experience. ? Six or more years of relevant experience. ? Three of more years of Agile methodology experience. ? Proven knowledge of data governance frameworks. ? Strong working knowledge of software development lifecycle. Strong knowledge of program/project management methods and tools; SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban. ? Knowledge of project tracking tools e.g. JIRA. ?
