Representative (Remote, Multiple Locations) Job Summary:We are seeking dedicated and motivated Virtual Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure a seamless DoorDash experience. Key Responsibilities: •

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools

•

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution

•

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

•

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

•

  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction

•

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience

• Required Skills and Qualifications: •

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

•

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

•

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

•

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

•

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

•

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

•

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

• Experience: •

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role

•

  • Experience in a remote working environment is a plus

• Working Hours: •

  • Full-time positions with flexible working hours

•

  • Availability to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: •

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications
