Job Summary Are you fluent in French and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative to join reputed company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expediting the claims application process, ensuring accurate case assignment, and providing outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, assisting them with the claims application process and resolving any reputed company issues. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers reputed company phone and written correspondence, providing guidance on documentation requirements, claim status, and payment information. Accurately enter application information into the claims management system. Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler and direct customer calls to the correct personnel. Qualifications
