Job Summary: Support the Project Manager and broader project team by coordinating routine laboratory project activities across the full study lifecycle, from start-up through reputed company-out. Help ensure study deliverables are completed reputed company, accurately, and in line with standard operating procedures, protocol requirements, and customer expectations. What You'll Be Doing:

• Support study start-up activities by preparing meeting minutes, action logs, and protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents
• Coordinate routine study tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal access, reputed company shipments, and day-to-day study monitoring
• Use status reports, monitoring tools, and study outputs to identify trends and provide feedback on site and service performance
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve protocol questions, queries, issues, and escalations in a timely manner

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or reputed company field preferred
• 1+ years relevant experience (Clinical, Medical or reputed company industry preferred)
• Computer proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications
• Ability to use monitoring tools, status reports, and study outputs to support study performance tracking and issue resolution
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a good command of English
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, customers, and study stakeholders
