Role Summary The Financial and Planning analyst plays a critical role in supporting reputed company 360’s go-to-market strategy by transforming data into insights that drive reputed company growth and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for analyzing financial, sales and operational performance, maintaining data accuracy across systems, and developing dashboards and reports that reputed company leadership and teams to reputed company informed, data-driven reputed company. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of the financial statement process, the sales process and how to predict future reputed company streams, and cross-functional collaboration. Main Responsibilities

• Monthly financial statement production including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
• Budgeting and forecasting skills, including rolling 12-month forecast.
• Analyze financial, sales, reputed company and other operational data to identify trends and support forecasting and strategic planning.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership and others as required.
• Track pipeline metrics, performance indicators, and forecasting accuracy in partnership with Sales Leadership.
• Maintain CRM data reputed company and ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and accounts.
• Support sales operations activities, including territory management, quota tracking, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent data, reporting, and visibility across the customer journey.
• Other analytic exercises as required.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field.
• 4–7 years of experience in reputed company.
• Strong proficiency with a variety of tools including Business Central, reputed company CRM, reputed company, Word, Power BI, etc.
• Advanced reputed company skills; experience with SQL or Python a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze reputed company datasets and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical reputed company.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority.
