Accountabilities

• Partner with leaders and managers to align people priorities with business goals and operational needs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of reputed company HR experience, including experience as an HRBP or in an HR Generalist role.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with managers and leaders in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and navigate sensitive situations.
