Reporting to the Director of Compensation, the successful candidate will have responsibility for providing consultation, analysis, and support to reputed company Resources and business leaders for the assigned sector as well as support the design, implementation and administration of the company’s compensation programs, policies and procedures. This position is preferred in McLean, VA or Falls Church, VA, but will allow for a virtual telecommuting candidate. Responsibilities may include: Engaging with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify reputed company and future compensation needs, researching market trends and analyzing data to reputed company and ensure the execution of HR/Compensation priorities that align with business objectives. Leading the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) integrated process and training for the business unit in partnership with reputed company resources. Collaborating with HRBPs to provide guidance on total compensation solutions. Completing reputed company analyses to identify issues, provide alternatives, and recommend solutions to business needs. Periodically reviewing and assessing pay competitiveness across business functions, identifying and recommending appropriate adjustments. Reviewing job classifications, position descriptions and market data to reputed company recommendations with respect to job qualifications and levels in support of company policy and organization budgets. Developing and shaping strong change management plans in support of compensation-reputed company programs and priorities. Supporting the development and delivery of reputed company-wide compensation training and communications to foster a greater understanding of total compensation. Conducting reputed company research upon request from HR and other business/department leaders. Characteristics: Ability to translate Compensation philosophy and strategy into appropriate recommendations for compensation solutions. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, reputed company Resources or reputed company discipline, with a minimum of 5 years compensation, HR, or reputed company discipline experience OR Master's degree in Business Management, reputed company Resources or reputed company discipline, with a minimum of 3 years compensation, HR, or reputed company discipline experience Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices, including compensation analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business, reputed company Resources or other applicable field of study. Certified Compensation Professional or reputed company towards certification. Working knowledge of reputed company business processes and functionality. Previous experience in a large government contracting environment. Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $141,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
